Regarding the service we have received on behalf of my brother for the repairs of his powered wheelchair.

Please pass on my thanks to both Russell and Duncan who have been exceptionally helpful, courteous and have put many hours into getting the right parts for the repairs (which I hear was quite a challenge for them) and have kept me informed about progress and costings.

Thank you for your excellent service. Also a special thank you for going to look at the walking stick I was thinking of buying. Your subsequent description helped me decide it was the right one to buy. I am not disappointed.

We have just received the Reliant and sling and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for getting it all organised so efficiently, you have been wonderful. It's not often I am so impressed by the service I have received. I will certainly remember you for anything else we need.

I would like to thank you for the marvelous repair service given by your company last Friday. The rapid response to repair the knee angling facility on the bed was much appreciated; the broken/malfunctioning wire was replaced by 1:30pm and I was extremely impressed.

A few months ago, circumstances arose in which I had to purchase an item of disabled equipment previously used on loan. Glebe confirmed they could supply it - my usual firm could not. I was very impressed that before doing so they went to the trouble of demonstrating a less expensive item and even enquired into having it modified to suit me but this was not possible. They then supplied the make I'd been using very quickly. I've since made two other purchases from them and they moved my equipment when I changed addresses. Everyone I have met in the firm has been very pleasant and arrived on time. I shall have no hesitation in dealing with them in the future.

Your delivery was very efficient, conscientious and helpful with a full explanation of the workings of the equipment. They stressed that if anything went wrong with the equipment that all I had to do was telephone and someone would come out at any time.

The service that Duncan's company gave me was exceptional. For example, when I made a small complaint about a piece of equipment they came to my house and visited me to ask about what was wrong. They then went away and the next day a new mattress arrived and the problem was solved. Now I have got a new upgraded bed in less than a month of getting a temporary one (which I thought was good already). I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I have been given. It has been quick and reliable.

I cannot thank you enough for the help you have given us for all transactions. I must also thank you for the loan of the wheelchair and the ramps, I will now be able to go shopping with my daughter which I have not been able to do for a long time (she may be sorry).

Very efficient, helpful and friendly delivery men who explained the equipment operations in easily understood terms. We especially appreciated their dealing with a very delicate situation when we were rather upset, thank you.

Thank you so very much for delivering and installing our double bed and Riser Recline chair . It's so lovely to have the simple pleasure of turning over in bed in the morning and being able to touch my Husband's hand. Both pieces of equipment have made a great difference to his quality of life and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have always found the gentleman who comes very helpful and have asked him to come to sort out a few problems with the bed in the past. He told me to call at any time if there is a problem. They have come out almost immediately. Excellent service!

I found both yourself and your staff very kind and thoughtful. You were all very willing to sort out my problems and do your best to find me a bed that was suitable to my needs. I also feel that if in the future I needed to call you back for anything, you would not only willingly come and sort out any problems but would also do it as quickly as possible, which is something I have not always experienced with other companies.
