Terms & Conditions
Generally, rental equipment is charged per day and invoiced in arrears on a monthly basis with 30 day terms. There is no collection charge at the end of the rental period, but should you rent any equipment for less than 4 weeks a delivery charge will be applied. This will be dependent on the hire location and will be agreed in advance but will be a minumim of £40.00. All equipment supplied will be new or nearly new and under warranty. We undertake to service all equipment annually (or every 6 months for hoists) at no cost to you.
All repairs due to equipment failure will be carried out free of charge, usually within 24 hours. Although we do offer a 24 hour, 365 day callout service, should you request a same day, weekend, bank holiday or overnight emergency repair there will be a £30 charge for this. Repairs due to damage or negligence will be billed direct to you. All prices exclude VAT.
Equipment Leasing
Many of the larger items on our website are also available for lease, which can enable you to pay for the item over a fixed period of time and not pay the full cost up-front.
