I found both yourself and your staff very kind and thoughtful. You were all very willing to sort out my problems and do your best to find me a bed that was suitable to my needs. I also feel that if in the future I needed to call you back for anything, you would not only willingly come and sort out any problems but would also do it as quickly as possible, which is something I have not always experienced with other companies. Please, for the sake of other people like myself, keep up the good work that you do. Yours and your staffs attitude makes a lot of difference to people in my sort of predicament.
