This Shower Bath is suitable for both children and adults. It combines the function of a Shower Bath, changing table and shower stretcher in one mobile package. The patient can easily be transferred onto the Shower Bath using a ceiling track hoist, mobile hoist or a lateral transfer slide. It is filled using a shower head and drained easily using the flexible drainage hose. They can be moved easily, by two carers, from the changing area to the wet room.
The Shower Bath is height adjustable via a battery handset which also raises the internal section to changing bench height. The bath can be filled to a depth of 200mm allowing easier cleaning and helping people with joint stiffness to enjoy washing and relax in warm water. It has comfortable soft padding, smooth edges and removable head support all to ensure comfort for the patient. The rechargeable batteries are capable of 30 full load cycles.
