Regarding the service we have received on behalf of my brother for the repairs of his powered wheelchair. Please pass on my thanks to both Russell and Duncan who have been exceptionally helpful, courteous and have put many hours into getting the right parts for the repairs (which I hear was quite a challenge for them) and have kept me informed about progress and costings. I really do appreciate the amount of work they have put in to getting the wheelchair running and they deserve my thanks for a job well done.
