The service that Duncan's company gave me was exceptional. For example, when I made a small complaint about a piece of equipment they came to my house and visited me to ask about what was wrong. They then went away and the next day a new mattress arrived and the problem was solved. Now I have got a new upgraded bed in less than a month of getting a temporary one (which I thought was good already). I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I have been given.
