The service that Duncan's company gave me was exceptional. For example, when I made a small complaint about a piece of equipment they came to my house and visited me to ask about what was wrong. They then went away and the next day a new mattress arrived and the problem was solved. Now I have got a new upgraded bed in less than a month of getting a temporary one (which I thought was good already). I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I have been given. Invacare® OctaveTM is designed specifically with the bariatric client in mind. The bed frame extends to the edges of the bed base for enhanced support. An easy to use hand control allows the client to operate the bed height and profiling function. The Octave's heavy duty motors enable a smooth and almost silent operation. The Octave is a substantial bed, however its design includes all the well-known qualities of Scandinavian design.
The Octave comes with heavy duty frameless mattres platform, wooden bed ends and siderials in beech (sidetails as optional extra), heavy duty lifting pole and its own transportation rack.
